Sponsorship Opportunities

The Gawler & Barossa Jockey Club offers sponsorship packages to suit all types of organisations. Packages can include race naming rights, on-course signage and race day hospitality or any combination of all of them.

The packages available are:

Bronze Sponsorship Package - $500 + GST

• Race Naming Rights - Race naming rights to one race at a mid week race meeting. This race name ensures exposure to a national audience via race books, form guides in the Advertiser and all major interstate newspapers and via Sky Channel, which is beamed into over 1 million homes, Clubs and Hotels across Australia. Your race name will also be broadcast on course as well as on Radio TAB.
  
  
• Racebook Advertising - Your Company is entitled to a half page black & white race book advertisement on your race day.
  
  
• Corporate Hospitality - Invitations for four (4) guests to join the Committee on your race day in the Committee Room or Sponsors Marquee. This entitles guests to lunch and drinks throughout the day.
  
  
• Corporate Membership - Two (2) Memberships for the 2008/09 racing season.

Silver Sponsorship Package - $1,000 + GST

• Race Naming Rights - Race naming rights to one race at a mid week race meeting. This race name ensures exposure to a national audience via race books, form guides in the Advertiser and all major interstate newspapers and via Sky Channel, which is beamed into over 1 million homes, Clubs and Hotels across Australia. Your race name will also be broadcast on course as well as on Radio TAB.
  
  
• Racebook Advertising - Your Company is entitled to a half page black & white race book advertisement on your race day.
  
  
• Corporate Hospitality - Invitations for ten (10) guests to join the Committee on your race day in the Committee Room or Sponsors Marquee. This entitles guests to lunch and drinks throughout the day.
  
  
• Temporary Signage - The rights to display temporary signage at various strategic points around the Racecourse on your race day.
  
  
• Corporate Membership - Four (4) Memberships for the 2008/09 racing season.

Gold Sponsorship Package - $2,000 + GST

• Race Naming Rights - Race naming rights to one race at one of the Gawler & Barossa Jockey Club's feature race meetings. This race name ensures exposure to a national audience via race books, form guides in the Advertiser and all major interstate newspapers and via Sky Channel, which is beamed into over 1 million homes, Clubs and Hotels across Australia. Your race name will also be broadcast on course as well as on Radio TAB.
  
  
• Racebook Advertising - Your Company is entitled to a half page black & white race book advertisement on your race day.
  
  
• Corporate Hospitality - Invitations for four (4) guests to join the Committee on your feature race day in the Galilee Marquee. This package includes course admission, a race book, and a luncheon and premium beverage package for all guests.
  
  
• Permanent Signage - This package entitles rights to place signage on the main track fence for a 12 month period. All costs of artwork and production will be incurred by the sponsor but will be featured at all Gawler & Barossa Jockey Club race meetings for the season in front of the Winning Post area.
  
  
• Access to Members Database - The sponsor has the opportunity to promote the business to the Club's Membership database. Company flyers and/or brochures may be distributed as part of the Club's regular Members Newsletter.
  
  
• Corporate Membership - Six (6) Memberships for the 2008/09 racing season.

Platinum Sponsorship Package - $5,000 + GST

• Race Naming Rights - Race naming rights to a feature race at a major themed race meeting. This race name ensures exposure to a national audience via race books, form guides in the Advertiser and all major interstate newspapers and via Sky Channel, which is beamed into over 1 million homes, Clubs and Hotels across Australia. Your race name will also be broadcast on course as well as on Radio TAB.
  
  
• Corporate Logo - Your company logo will be included in all press advertising, where appropriate, promoting the race day. Advertising will include local and state newspapers, as well as flyers, A3 posters and coreflute signs used to promote the event.
  
  
• Racebook Advertising - A half page black & white race book advertisement on your race day. Your company logo will also feature on the inside front cover of the race book for all Gawler & Barossa Jockey Club race meetings for the season.
  
  
• Corporate Hospitality - Invitations for ten (10) guests to join the Committee on your feature race day in the Galilee Marquee. This package includes course admission, a race book, and a luncheon and a premium beverage package for all guests.

This signage will be featured at all Gawler & Barossa Jockey Club race meetings for the season in front of the Winning Post area.
