The Terrace Function Centre is a versatile event space, offering the sophistication of the main dining room and the flexibility of the garden surrounds.
Perfect for weddings, conferences, birthdays and engagements, guests can make use of a number of our function areas:
Galilee Room
The Galilee Room is used on race days but is available for private hire on other occasions. Perfect for smaller events, the room is complete with its own bar and amenities, but can be connected to the main dining room should larger functions at the Terrace need extra space.
1879 Beer Garden
Named in honour of the year the club was established, the 1879 Beer Garden is the perfect outdoor setting for a casual celebration. The area is paved and suitable for a stand up cocktail event or BBQ lunch, and tables and chairs can be scattered across the site. Surrounded by lawn and shaded by market umbrellas, the beer garden is well suited to family gatherings and casual celebrations.
The Enclosure
The Enclosure will be a versatile outdoor entertainment space offering the benefits of an undercover space and the freedom of sprawling lawns. The Enclosure is scheduled to open in late 2010 and will prove popular with large groups looking for a large, casual event space.
Conferences
The Terrace Function Centre is equipped to host conferences and seminars, with flexible seating arrangements catering for theatre or cabaret style functions.
