Hospitality Packages

Hospitality Packages are a feature of the Gawler & Barossa Jockey Clubs major race days, with options to suit all groups of people, whether they are family and friends, social clubs or corporate functions. Packages are available for all race days and can be tailored to suit the needs of your group.

The Gawler & Barossa Jockey Club Hospitality Packages are designed to be all inclusive, offering patrons all that they need for their day out at the races, encompassing a variety of food and beverage options, as well as premium race viewing from trackside marquees which include all the necessary facilities such as tables, chairs, umbrellas and fencing.

The Galilee Marquee offers hospitality to patrons wishing to celebrate their day at the races in style. With a quality trackside location, gourmet luncheon, premium beverage package and private betting facilities, the Galilee Marquee is the best seat in the house.

Dining/Function Room

The Gawler & Barossa Jockey Club's Grandstand Dining Room is available for hire throughout the year for a variety of functions, including birthday parties, wedding receptions, engagement parties or any other type of get-together. Seating approximately 100 guests, the Dining Room has a huge kitchen facility with ovens, stove tops and hot plate, as well as a bar and fridges for your use. Tables and chairs are provided to you at no extra charge and how the room is set up for your function is entirely up to you.

Decorations can be used throughout the room and there is plenty of car parking for your guests.

The hire fee for the Grandstand Dining Room is $250, with a $250 bond to be paid prior to your event.
